The Power Light is a dual-range electronic voltage detector for medium-voltage networks, with optical and acoustic indication, designed to reliably verify the presence or absence of voltage. Each model incorporates two distinct voltage ranges, allowing a single device to be used across different installations, reducing the need for multiple detectors and simplifying operator workflow.
The dual-range system provides specific visual and acoustic indications for each voltage level, so the user can immediately identify the range in use. In the first range, the detector emits slow red LED flashes and a slow intermittent acoustic signal; in the second range, the flashes and alarm accelerate, providing a clear and unambiguous reading even in noisy or low-visibility environments.
In addition, the Power Light features a microcontroller and direct-contact detection, a complete circuit self-checking function via a test button, automatic activation upon voltage presence, and automatic standby mode after two minutes without voltage, with a consumption of less than 1 µA to maximise battery life. A 360° ring of high-intensity green LEDs indicates voltage absence, while the high-brightness top torch, independent of the detection system, facilitates work in substations and poorly lit areas.
The device is designed for indoor and outdoor use, connected to an insulating pole via a Universal head, and supplied with AAA alkaline batteries and a reinforced carrying case, providing a robust, field-ready solution.

Manufactured in accordance with IEC 61243-203:2009 +A1:2009 and UNE-EN 61243-1:2000 +A1:2011 standards (except for the voltage range).
