Cable stripper for strippable semi-conductor layer
 

• Application: To strip 10/11 kV or 20/22 kV Strippable Semiconductor.
• Adjustable cutting depth, max. 2 mm, adjustable range of rotary knob is 0-0.9 mm, each adjustable depth is 0.1 mm.
• Applicable cable Ø: 16-41 mm.
• Blade min. hardness: 52 HRC.
• Include a pliers and tool holder briefcase.

Peeling process
There are two methods for stripping the semiconducting layer:
1. Spiral cutting
2. Longitudinal cutting

Application: Stripping length limitation on non-vulcanised semi-conductive layer.
The CST-40 model is a mechanical stripping stop designed as an accessory for the CSSL-40 layer stripping tool. Its function is to set a fixed cutting length, allowing the operator to stop the stripping process precisely at the desired point without needing to pre-mark the cable.
