A day that once again brought together sport, camaraderie and team spirit, and in which we were recognised for our involvement and commitment.
On 17 September, we took part in a new edition of the X Empresas Sports Challenges, held in Igualada. The event brought together numerous companies from the region around the values of collaboration, teamwork and healthy lifestyle habits.
This edition saw a strong representation from SOFAMEL, with a total of eight teams taking part: High Voltage Team, Se Nos Va la Pinza, Termanguitos, Voltios Salvajes, Ohm My God, Les Floretes, Els Guantassos and Minions. This strong presence reflects the involvement, enthusiasm and team spirit of the people who make up our organisation.
The day also brought us the satisfaction of receiving the Honorary Award for Most Participative Company, a recognition that highlights the commitment of our teams and the excellent reception this initiative receives within the company year after year.
Beyond the competition itself, these events provide an opportunity to share experiences, strengthen bonds between colleagues and enjoy an activity that promotes wellbeing, collaboration and team cohesion.
