TBF bimetallic cable lugs are manufactured from aluminum alloy (purity ≥ 99.5%).
The palm is manufactured with forged copper.
Both parts of the bimetallic cable lug are joined through a friction stir welding process.
Neutral grease is applied internally to protect the aluminum from oxidation.

Acording to NF C33-090-1 standard and tested under IEC 61238-1.
